Both services are committed to supporting customers with all elements of compliance relating to accepting payments.

You may view Stripe’s Privacy Policy and PayPal’s Privacy Policy for further information.

What is SSL?

SSL stands for Secure Socket Layer. SSL Certificates provide authentication to a website’s identity, and encrypt the information visitors enter on that website. This keeps outsiders from seeing any sensitive information such as your name, address, password, or credit card number by encrypting the data being sent from your computer to either our web server, Stripe or Paypal.
